With strict adherence to procedures, Chiulista Services, Inc. handles fuel products in full compliance with Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), Air Force Petroleum Agency (AFPET), and HQ AETC / A4RMF directives.

DESC Project Highlight
Fuels Management Services at Barry M. Goldwater Range (BMGR) and Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field (GBAFAF):
	BMGR is a training range in the U.S. State of Arizona. Near the center of the range complex, GBAFAF serves as a landing strip for pilots training on the ranges. Our experience: Mission success accomplished through teamwork CSI’s continuity of management oversight resulted in successful contract transition Performance period from 2010 through 2016
CSI Services Performed at BMGR and GBAFAF:
	POL Operations: Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) operations, vehicle maintenance services, fleet management, and equipment maintenance.
	Quality Control: Quality control of fuels products to ensure that they meet military specifications and are suitable for use.
	Fuels Accounting and Administrative: Recording of all applicable fuels transactions; preparation of reports, publications, and forms; and maintenance and installation of all software and hardware programs.
	Security, Compliance, and Environmental: Implementation of 3-phase security, compliance, and environmental program.
