U.S. Air Force Project Highlight
Operations and Maintenance of Barry M. Goldwater Range (BMGR) and Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field (GBAFAF), USAF Air Education and Training Command:
	BMGR is a training range in the U.S. State of Arizona. Near the center of the range complex, GBAFAF serves as a landing strip for pilots training on the ranges. Our experience: Mission success accomplished through teamwork CSI’s management oversight resulted in successful contract phase-in Performance period from 2009 through 2014
CSI Services Performed at BMGR and GBAFAF:
	Civil Engineering: Maintenance, inspection, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, interior electric, key and lock, flooring, generator, airfield lighting, roofing, masonry, metal fabrication, heating system, fixed fuel facilities, runway, parking ramps, and streets.
	Water and Wastewater System Operations: Maintenance of water treatment and supply systems, 75 point-of-use filtration system, water wells, wastewater system, and water quality compliance with EPA requirements.
	Electrical Systems: Operate, maintain, and repair airfield lighting systems, electrical distribution systems, and commercial power poles.
	Ground Maintenance: Maintenance of facilities, grounds, sprinkler systems, gates, and signs.
	Airfield Management: Provide air traffic control, transient alerts, notice to airmen, emergency diverts, flight plans, crash net, runway surface condition monitoring, aircraft arresting system (BAK-12), and weather observation services.
	Range Maintenance: Range and target clean-up, range scheduling and safety; range, target, and road repair, aircraft revetment rebuilding.
	Environmental / Biological: HAZMAT, waste stream, solid waste, hazardous waste, radiological waste management, BASH program, and wildlife monitoring.
	Installation Security: Law enforcement functions and resource protection.
	Fire Services: Fire suppression services, fire prevention services, emergency diverts, emergency communication center (911), and confined space program.
	Lodging: Manage lodging facilities; including reservations, housekeeping services, and overseeing of outdoor recreation facilities.
