Corporate Overview
Chiulista Services, Inc. (CSI) is owned by Yulista Holding, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Calista Corporation. Since its founding in 1996, CSI has provided services to numerous government agencies, communities, and businesses.
Our Milestones:
1996 – Became incorporated
2000 – Awarded the Donlin Creek project contract
2004 – Certified as an SBA 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation contractor to provide federal government contracting services.
2006 – Awarded an 8(a) set-aside contract to provide test, measurement, calibration and repair services for the U.S. Army at 14 location in 11 states
2009 – Awarded U.S. Air Force set-aside contract at Gila Bend
2009 – Ownership transferred to Yulista Holding, LLC which provides management oversight and business development for CSI and sister companies.
